AutoFrakt AS, represented by the Managing Director, is the data controller for the collection and processing of personal data in connection with operating and maintaining our website autofrakt.no.
Providing personal data via our websites is voluntary. We only ask for personal data when it is needed to answer an enquiry or provide a service you request.

AutoFrakt AS may share this information within our group and with our partners where necessary. In certain cases we may share personal data with other companies, organisations, and individuals. Examples include public authorities and third-party solutions such as payment processing.
When you use our services, we will retrieve data about your car from public registers (for example the Norwegian Public Roads Administration API) when you provide your registration number. This is used to automatically identify relevant technical information such as make, model, VIN, colour, dimensions, weight, and similar.
We reserve the right to look up publicly available information linked to your phone number when creating a user account, and to perform a credit check if you request payment by invoice.
